The hotel is conveniently located just a short drive away from the airport and close to the city centre. The room was comfortable with prompt housekeeping service. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay hassle-free.
Some basic toiletries were missing and the bed felt a little cramped for two people and a small child.

the cleanliness of the rooms was very much appreciated. the bus stop nearby was convenient for moving around the area.
The location is pretty far from most amenities. It would have been great to have some more entertainment options around the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at Citymax Hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of healthy options. The room was neat and clean, and the staff was kind and helpful. Despite a minor issue with the television, it was quickly resolved by the friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room on the 7th floor was spacious with a comfortable bed, a table, a chair, a fridge, and an AC. The hotel was clean and we didn't see any insects. The WiFi was good enough for working online. The location was convenient with easy access to main roads, bus stations, and supermarkets.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few days and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort and cleanliness. The rooms were quite spacious and had all the necessary amenities like a queen size bed and old towels. The staff at the reception were welcoming and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, being situated in a nice area that was central to most businesses in the city.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory and I couldn't find any major flaws.
